sup bro plannig on trying to add 15 pounds of muscle in about 8 months is that even possible?? not sure what to do about workouts should i do three days total body 2 days cardio and abs. or 5 days spliting excersises between body parts?? also how many calories is to much i weigh 165 right now so i figure araouns 3200-3500 is that right??

just wondering if i could get some more advice,,it has always helped.. i have 1 month before i go on holidays and want to get as lean as possible what should i do??
right now 3days total body w/o 2 days cardio per week. 2500-2800 cal diet,physical job.... by the way you must hear this all the time but you look amazing.

thanks for the advice on calorie intake, ive started to gain weight eating around 4000 calories a day.. just wondering how much weight to gain before i start leaning out again..????

looking good bro,, i noticed you went from around 164pounds to 175pound how did you do it,, i cant gain any weight to save my life, how many calories are you eating in a day???. im the same way i would like to add 10-15 pound before summer and lean down in may june.

looking very good,, i noticed in one of your pics you said no cardio for three weeks im trying to put on as mush weight as i can before the spring would you recomend cutting out cardio altogether????

it looks like you know exactly what your doing when it comes to putting on muscle.... ive tried quite a bit but cant seem to get any bigger,, does not matter if i work out 5 days a week or 3 my body wont put on any weight, im 5-11 163 pounds any idea on how many calories i should be eating, i have a fairly phsical job, and my dog loves to run,, should i cut out cardio altogher, or can i still do cardio and gain weight at the same time.. if you have the time to respond it would be appriciated.
