your bmr is around 2400 based on your weight. add an additional 500 healthy calories to that and go from there, keep working it until you reach a plateau then you'd need to restructure it.

i'd say if u wanna lean out as much as u can up the cardio to 5 days and cut cals by 500. this should def make a diff!

keep your protein intake high to help maintain muscle...anytime you're limiting your diet and doing cardio you risk losing muscle, but getting enough protein will help as much as possible...just research the diff types and when you take which ones..good luck!

Hey man, when we are already at a low bodyfat % we have to use special diets to get lower. Regular calorie cutting doesn't always work. Google "Ultimate Diet 2.0" or "PSMF Diet". Both involve some amount of carb cycling. I have heard they both give pretty good results.

I'm spending 45-60 minutes 5 days a week. Hope that helps bro! Parker

Hey man. I have a really fast metabolism so I really gotta put away the food to put on some muscle. I usually aim for 4000 when I'm bulking. If your workout is sound but you're still not gaining, just up the calories. Good luck man.

It's something I did just to see if it would help me put on a little weight...I think cardio a couple times a week won't keep you from bulking up a bit, just don't go cardio crazy! Good luck!!
