Main Goal: Gain Muscle

Goal (Long): ive tried evetrthing to put on muscle and am still learning,, a gym is not an option for me so i work out at home. my dog loves to run so im worried about to much cardio. at the same time its not fair for my dog not to run and enjoy himself.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb

Hey man. I have a really fast metabolism so I really gotta put away the food to put on some muscle. I usually aim for 4000 when I'm bulking. If your workout is sound but you're still not gaining, just up the calories. Good luck man.

It's something I did just to see if it would help me put on a little weight...I think cardio a couple times a week won't keep you from bulking up a bit, just don't go cardio crazy! Good luck!!
