How I Started:
I got into bodybuilding, just to put on more weight, and have a better defined/looking physique. Now I do it, because I love the atmosphere, energy, and satisfaction of hard work.
Why I Love It:
I love the atmosphere, energy, and satisfaction of hard work. Also, the attention doesn't hurt either LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need any motivation to stay focused on the gym. It's become part of my lifestyle, and can't imagine not having that part.
BB Accomplishments:
None....as of yet. I've taken some time, to re-adjust after moving. There's a competition in the Spring of 2009, that I'm considering. See how the training goes

I really need to get some bodypart measurements, so I can accurately judge the change in size. I can see "somewhat" changes, but would rather have the numbers to back it up, and keep the motivation going. Last 2 days at the gym have been awesome! Really worked my legs hard, and...
Good to see that you're going to compete. I don't know what your background is, but you certainly have built a solid physique. Your back and delt development is ridiculous. Seriously, one of the best back and delt developments I've seen. Chest, arms, legs, and traps are impressive as well. Abs are ripped to shreds. If you're looking this good in April, you should be phenomenal by November. Best of luck, man. Would love to see your diet and workout routines posted.
the training is goiong well .. and I have cleaned up my eat even more now .. cutting out the beers on the weekends .. and not eating any garbage .. We were at the Ottawa Gatineau show on the weekend .. really cool to see .. I want to be ready for that show next June
Well the past couple weeks my diet hasn't been the tightest.. So I haven't seen any results of course (my fault).. But I'm still training hard.. My legs are responding very well, now that i'm training them hard.. I used to hate doing legs, now i need to work harder on my calves they are slightly under develop. But for sure a trainer or coach will be needed for this comp., I will need mine by August.. I will be going to the June 2nd show in Hull, see what i'm up against LOL
