Whole body stretching everyday.

Ok, back at the gym finally. Started a 2-day split, separating upper and lower body.

Upper Body day: Bench Press, Dips, Military Press, Upright Rows, Cable Pushdowns, Pullups, Barbell Rows, Barbell Curl/Dumbbell Curl

Lower Body day: Jump Squats superset...

Squats is pretty much all I do for a Quad workout, 8 working sets. Make sure you stretch between every set, its better than you think for growth...

Thanks a lot bro, I appreciate it. Yeah, being edge is a plus when it comes to bodybuilding..no alcohol (which is nothing but carbs and sugar, which goes straight to your abdomen), and no drugs, which just kills the body. I see you listen to Bleeding Through, went to school with Brandan (Lead Singer)..and hit up many shows. Take it easy bro, bicep is lookin solid, keep it up!
