Just finished my MBA which took up most of my free time. Now that my mind has been getting a workout the past 6 years it is time to improve and work on my body. Also I want to become more involved in sports and I have two small boys and want to be able to be active with them rather than huffing and puffing in the next ten years.
Why I Love It:
More than just looks and functional strength working out reduces my stress and improves my overall mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I do not work out, I become grumpy and stress rises.
BB Accomplishments:
Started Jaunuary 2007 at around 135-140 and saw quick gains in strength and size.
