How I Started:
I've actually been working out in various ways off and on for many years, but finally decided to join a gym in October of 2004. I started with a good trainer in January of 2007.
Why I Love It:
Even when it's slow, there's always progress. Working out also makes me feel good in all of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been on the small side, so getting bigger is what I'm always working for. But, I certainly don't want to get bigger in the wrong way, as tends to happen to people who get older without making fitness a part of their lives.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments other than finally staying consistent with my workouts for several months now, and having people start to notice the changes.
I haven't done much with my BodySpace/Blog so far, but I'm still working out. I've had another evaluation that I need to post, and I'll be posting some photos soon.
You are on your way man and if you have any questions feel free to ask. The only thing that is important is improving yourself. With that in mind the only one you need to compare yourself to is you, 2 months ago. If you are feeling and looking better than 2 months ago than you are a success. Just make sure you keep up the hard work!
