Monday (Back, Biceps) (cardio)
Dead Hang Pullups- 4 sets to failure
Deadlifts 4 sets of 15
Narrow grip pulldown- 3 sets of 12-15
Bent Over Row- 3 sets of 10-12
Hammer curls- 3 sets of 10-12
