I just had a reality check and saw that i was skinny and I needed to transform my body to where I want it to be. Also I was looking through Magazines and I saw LL Cool J and I was like man I wonder how it feels to be big, muscular, and physically superior to others
Why I Love It:
One reason why is because when I feel the pain after working out it feels as though I accomplished something and that its one step toward my long term goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am being motivated to get back at someone tell the truth a 450lb man came and whooped mah tail and now i gotta mindset that it will never happen again cuz the next time just because I am living mah life by christ but I won't be punked.
BB Accomplishments:
To actually be committed in doing something truly thought i was gonna quit doin this but hey it all worked out.

This body I do not like and it will change by the summer, I was 140 and not execising
On to LU for the fall studying to make the world a better place...and lighter, becoming a Dietician maybe...
Goal (Long):
Ever since like 8 or 9 years old I always said I wanted to look like Batman(the old batman from the comics) and when I did look like him I thought i only had to lift weights and everything once just to stay like this forever....dang i was way off by 8th grade i lost that look and was more skinnier than anything. So in my 9th grade year all the way up to the beginning of mt 11th grade year I was trying to get back in the shape I was in when i was younger and it was on and off one day i work out the next week I took a 3 year break lol so it was hard and then going through personal family problems where I couldn't talk to my father so it was like i was about to give up. Until like a month or 2 ago i ran across BB.com and then i started to read up on the website and basically I was getting Personal training online from different people for free! So I was like hey why not posted my bony self on here, then came the help so now that i got the help and the workout program I am determined to do what i gotta do to get big and cut. and now I am debating to become a Bodybuilder now or just get big and cut but anyways my goal is to get big and until i feel as though I'm feel superior and may not stop there.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
Upcoming Contest:
I think I'm gonna worry about getting big and cut before contests now lol
For almost two months now I haven't had a "decent" workout, man I am feeling so lethargic now that I haven't. But now its time to kick back on my drive and get back into it no distractions, and no obstructions now its on!
thats whats up. maybe when i return in april i can come pay u a visit and exchange some work out tips. im mainly cardio now, but i will be back to weights on 1 May.
Well make sure you stay on your grind with the cardio! i know at times it may seem like aint shit happening but during that time is when you have the best results. yeah, im in st. marys county. so that place where u live is in PG county? thats right up the road. thats whats up. yo, so what gym u go 2?
What up? Hope your Thanksgiving went well. I'm in Georgia right now for a much needed get away from frustrating Cincinnati. I may be doing a show in march for the hell of it. I'll talk to u later.
Eat in proportion to what you want to gain. Lean proteins such as chicken, fish, turkey, and certain beef cuts will help in gaining pure muscle.
If you want to bulk up first and then cut you can afford to eat anything and then turn to a lean diet. I'd say eat healthy as possible but avoid getting down on yourself when you step outside that box. It won't hurt you too much since you're looking to gain.
Thanks for checking me out man. I have a friend who packed on some solid muscle a few years ago. You have to eat and work like a monster. Keep wearing the game face you have in the profile picture and you'll be fine.
Have a good weekend
Yeah... It was something I did when I was 18. I happened to like mystical creatures and tribal tatoos (still do) so I decided to get one. The dragon that I designed is tight, I will have that one done in about four months.
"because I'm on my way into Commercial Photography right now got any tips??" - That's a lot! In general, respect every frame you shoot. Give it thought and do not just fire away. There are some tips on my blog on my own website. I update that now and again for other photographers and there are other links you might find interesting.
"...LL Cool J and I was like man I wonder how it feels to be big, muscular, and physically superior.." - Actually he is more than that. He is also very well spoken and thoughful in what he says. Keep going, you are doing good!
