How I Started:
I was watching a Chris Benoit DVD and I saw him working out. That inpired me like HELL! Then I watched Pumping Iron with Arnold and I was hooked. I started working out for Martial arts, to get that Bruce Lee look. Then I saw WWE and wanted to be huge. Then I saw Arnold, and it's all about bodybuilding now.
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel like I can make something amazing. I just love working out. I love when you struggle on the last rep, and I love pushing out a few more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to loud music, think about the people that I love, and the people that inpired me to do this like, Chris Benoit, Arnold (Of Course), Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson.
BB Accomplishments:
Benched 315 lbs with perfect form when I was just 16.
I wish you good luck on building those arms, not that there appears to be anything wrong with their size now, but I know what it's like to want to put on some size and they just won't seem to grow. Don't forget that most of the mass in your arms is in the triceps - maybe some extra focus on them will help to stimulate the growth you are looking for. In any event, I'm sure it won't be long until you reach your goals as long as you stick with it! Good luck again.
