Goal (Long):
I want to gain 10 kg (22 pound) more muscle mass. Want to be ripped. ;) Overall goal 75 kg.
I ve started a new workout routine 2 weeks ago. Thats killer! Beshara help me te reach my goals, and the first step is a new routine! It incuded many new things. Many supersets. 5 days training with 2 days leg and 2 days biceps.

You look good dude, you (and your trainer) is doing a good job :) I know definition like that dont come without discipline, hard training and strict dieting.
Thanks for the comment man! Currently still working on leanness and maintaining muscle. Recently gave up on volume training for awhile and went back to all-heavy all the time. You're lean as hell man, awesome job, classic physique!
thanks alot man. Traning is going pretty good. I'm bulking right now.. so I can have an excuse to get a little fat. haha. Actually shortening up my workouts a little bit. I feel like I had been overtraining. So I'm trying to see if I can get some new gains coming in.
