Pretty solid progress. Lift heavy and increase your carb and protein intake to gain mass. I'm currently on a bulking cycle to. Trying to pick up 10 lbs..

Just make sure when trying to gain mass that you keep the weight that you're lifting heavy and do lower reps. (like 6-8) and EAT EAT EAT!!!
