Well Phillip you need some HIIT in you workouts. Send me an email address via pvt message and i will send you my routine. It s a bit intense but it really works. Do you go to a gym or train at home?
Phillip, its got to be the routine. You are a growing kid and you body will work for you however you program it. I just think you are not pushing yourself to the max. Do you train alone or have a reliable partner? Give me an example of you chest routine and l will tweak it.

So how much are you working your abs. 12% bf and under is when the abs show. I think it may be your ab routine. It may just need some tweaking. The only other reason is medical. Diabetics have to take shots in the abs and that has an effect on the abs too. Try this ab workout from youtube. Let me know what you think. Hey Phillip. I hope all is well. From what I can see in this pic, your abs look great already, but I understand, you want them to pop more. Try to get a bf% reading and then we can go from there. See the lower your bf% the more your abs will show. So no matter how much running and training you do, if the bf% is high, you will never see your abs. That really means your diet. Also give me a description of your daily diet from morning till night. We will work it out for you brother.

Well Phillip. I really dont now about the gains. Its been an up and down hill since my partner ditched me. We not partner but a kid I was training for 6 months. Im solo training but there are day when u push and others when you dont. I been having the dont days alot or im just getting weaker. Its a phase and I will get over it. It just sucks cause I can grow. Im glad you are doing well. Keep up the great work. Dont give up no matter what happens.

Im glad to hear you are getting the BB back on. Good deal, taking it slow. You will be up to speed soon, dont rush the body, but yes, challenge it. It will let you know you limits. So dont worry or get discouraged. Yes solo is what it is, and will be for a while. I thought I could create a partner, but I was wrong there too. I am so glad that you are ok. If you had the swine flu, you were really sick. Thats a real bad bug. I hope you gain your strength back to get back into training. The body never forgets so you will be back in no time. Just take it slow. Anyway I can help, feel free to let me know. Im doing well. My trainee ditched me after 6 month to train with a friend. So l am solo and doing well. Had some great powerful workouts over the last 2 weeks. It will get better cause im better now.
