Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I was fanatic about joining the French Foreign Legion. This led to working out, which I really enjoyed. So I stuck to it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The sense of accomplishment, the ability to do well.

The Bar

Today I have started to use the environment around me. Every where I look I realise there are bars all around me. Bars which I can use to do chin ups on, push ups, forearms, abb's, and so on. The urban environment is a gym onto itself.

I started bodybuilding half way through 2010. I am a naturally small guy, so the thought of getting bigger really appealed to me.
