Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I would like to balance out my proportions (pear shape)by toning up my legs and gain some muscle on my upper body.
Goal (Long): The trick with my body shape will be to lean out my legs while gaining muscle in my upper body to balance out my natural pear shape. I am hoping that by doing higher reps on my legs with cardio, and lower reps on my upper body I will be able to increase my shoulder, arm, and chest measurments while decreasing my leg and hip measurements and overall bodyfat percentage by 9%.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
