I would like to balance out my proportions (pear shape)by toning up my legs and gain some muscle on my upper body.
Goal (Long):
The trick with my body shape will be to lean out my legs while gaining muscle in my upper body to balance out my natural pear shape. I am hoping that by doing higher reps on my legs with cardio, and lower reps on my upper body I will be able to increase my shoulder, arm, and chest measurments while decreasing my leg and hip measurements and overall bodyfat percentage by 9%.
Workout for June, July & August (High volume over training for legs combined with high intensity training for upper body - 4 exercises per upper body part).
MONDAY – 1/2 hour cardio, Shoulders (first three exercises are followed by a 150 rep super sets for legs & Abs), 1/2...

A homebody....yes I guess so. I live in the country. It is very pretty out here. I commute to Austin for work which is 30 miles away. I have larger towns close by, but would not want to drive so far to work out. I have tons of tools,aircompressor,air guns ect so I just built me a two room gym and bought equipment. I'll need to update my gym pics because it has turned out nice. I hope you are having a great weekend. I'm just going to take it easy til Sunday and start my routine then.
I would love to one day to go see Canada. I have heard it is very pretty there. Tx has been so hot,mornings and evenings are the only time to go outside. I spend alot of time in the pool.
When are you going to post some updated progress pic? The back shot from 07 looked pretty impressive with good detail in muscles. Was just curious... : )
I am hitting the books as well. Muscle mag, muscular development, planet muscle.... ;) I have been doing landscaping around my pool and gym. Palm trees are 75% off right now. Putting down some ground coverage with hanging ferns. I did BBQ some ribs yesterday. Cheat meal for me! yummy
I have been hitting the weights hard for 2 months. I am getting back from a weeks vacation today. Time spent at the beach, eating food I normally do not. I am starting back up today as I feel refreshed from the time off. Back to the grind with weights,cardio and clean food. How is your summer going so far?
