I originally started lifting weights to gain weight. When i fist started to lift I was 98 lbs. In grade school I was pushed around alot so that also made me train.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting weights and bodybuilding because it makes me feel good the feeling is amazing when you got a good pump going there's nothing like it.

I stay motivated by looking at bodybuilding magazines and videos are inspirational

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I love having someone next to me. I feel motivated and i can do much more weight when someone is spotting me.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
