How I Started:
I began running at the end of my senior year of high school. During college, I got involved with strength training, swimming, and biking. At first, I trained for weight loss, however, when I would reach my goal weight, I would relapse and gain the weight back. Now, I want to lose the weight, drop my body fat, and get lean...FOR GOOD!
Why I Love It:
It feels good, I look good, I feel strong, and I feel happy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Photos of fit lean females...Planning vacations where bikinis are the attire, and now, I'm motivated because I'm tired of looking overweight and overfat!

Goal (Long):
For now, I want to shed about 35 pounds for my cruise on January 26th, 2008. That means losing about 2.5 to 3 pounds a week! I would like to lower my body fat to 25% by then as well. In addition, I would like to lose inches all over.
