hey! congrats on 2nd place! i knew you would do well.
whats the best way to get toned? and get more defination? I feel like im at where i want to be at! Alot of people- family and friends- are telling me that im really big now and i dont want to get any bigger. I just want to cut down. Should i be doing alot of light weight high reps? what worked for best for you in the past or when you were getting preped for you contest? I know you cal intake was very little.

hey! i havnt seen you in the gym in a while. your getting really close to your show, i wish i could come see you but i have a batisim to go to on the sunday. Good luck if i dont see you! im sure youll take 1st place.

I wish i could say I was keeping up with mine but i had a few bumps on my road to sucess which threw me off and kept me off good diet and out of the gym.

BROOOOO.... GOOOD FRIGGIN WORK MAN! your looking good, all the hard works paying off, congradulations. I read your post and its funny cuz im doing the complete opposite of you, im starting fat burners in October, going to do 2 months of it then get off it for 2 months then get back on just for 2 months just before i go to Cancun,Mexico. Good work man, you must be super excited!

Ahahha thanks alot man. Yeah the Tim Hortons and the Krispy Kream donuts are hard to resist. Thank you for the words of encouragment. The hardest thing for me to understand that its a long road for where i want to be, but im happy with the progress that iv made so far in the years. Cheers mate!
