Hey bro,
Great to have a fellow Canadian diabetic bodybuilder on this site. You're looking good - starting to have some nice peaks on these guns. Are you interested in joining in on this little competition of mine that I suggested on the diabetes bodygroups?
Sup Pete. Long time no talk, how ya been? I finally posted progress pics. Check em out. My diet has been off the past month. I been "bulking" cuz i got tired of cutting. Haven't done cardio in a month!
Thank Pete! In a couple weeks, i plan on TRYING Animal CUTS for a fat burner and stacking it with Animal STAK to try to maintain strength as i cut extra hard this month. Gonna reduce my calories (or try to since i don't count them) and see if my results can get my abs showing without losing muscle all over.
The progress pics are up bro! Today is officially 2 months. Changed my routine up for the past month cutting out HIIT upon waking up and cutting out fat burners. My body fat still dropped but i only lost 3 lbs! Starting HIIT in the morning and fat burners for this upcoming month! Hit me back, let me know if i made progress!
I just wanted to say that you are doing great and if you really want to achieve your fitness goals maybe even sooner than you thought possible I suggest you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
Thanks bro, comments and advice always lifts me up and make me more motivated. It's been planted into the back of my head that EATING CLEAN is 80% of the battle, so as much effort i put in the gym, i work twice as hard in the kitchen.
Me being Filipino too, we all eat white rice 3 times a day; i had to cut that all out which was a huge sacrifice. I allow myself to eat whatever i want once a week if i want to...i know the end results will be worth it! We can definitely help each other out.
You've got a nice physique man! Good luck with your goal! I was in your city a couple of summers ago - ya'll have some great donuts up there! And it was beautiful, too! ~Ray
