Overall Goal: Someday, I want to stand on the stage at Mr. Olympia, I don't care if it takes 20 years. For now, I just want to keep getting bigger while improving my physique

Labrum tear will have me out of the weight room until may 24th.

When I Started:
Jun, 2002
How I Started:
I decided to start turning my life around when I was 14. I was 216lbs, with no excuse but laziness. I started dieting strictly, with aid from Xenadrine RFA-1, and eventually dropped to 124lbs. Since then, I've been pushing myself to gain the weight back without adding any fat.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its the only thing I have in my life where I feel a sense of accomplishment. Just the atmosphere of the gym, and the pump I get makes me genuinely happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I become progressively more motivated as I go; I won't be proud of myself until I personally think my body is perfect, and I know I'm a long way from it.
BB Accomplishments:
Benched 335x3
Got accused of taking steroids by someone bigger than me.
Managed to have an 8 pack with 11% body fat.

Someday, I want to stand on the stage at Mr. Olympia, I don't care if it takes 20 years. For now, I just want to keep getting bigger while improving my physique
Goal (Long):
-I want to drop under 4% body fat

If I'm lifting heavy, I aim for 4-6 reps. I refuse to just do 8 reps on a set if I can do more; I try very hard not to count but its a deeply routed habit. This way i can train to failure on every set and thats what I believe is the correct way to train. If I'm lifting heavy, I aim for 4-6 reps. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I give myself a lot of rest between sets. I'm always trying to grow so I don't want to be in an aerobic position where I'm lifting lighter weights just to keep the pace up. I take enough rest to be able to devote full energy on every exercise.I give myself a lot of rest between sets. Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I belong to two gyms, one at my school and one back at home... I love the atmosphere and knowing that if I need help with something whether its an idea for a new routine or just a quick spot, someone that can help me is probably within an earshot.I belong to two gyms, one at my school and one back at home... It's been a while since people could tell I had a disorder just by looking at me... at one point I had dropped to 124lbs (a weight loss of 89lbs). I had balanced myself out for a while at about 165 and was basically ok with how I looked, but since I've been trying to get bigger, I've been...
I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome).
Hey, I saw the thread that you've been posting in about the scene girls, and I don't have an account, but I was wondering id you could hook me up with some better pics? :P
yea, i'm hoping to get my body more toned for the summer. i started on a new diet & exercise program last week so i'm hoping to see a lot of results from that. so far so good:)
lol...Bartok/Ostinato/Jazz. Good sense of humor. By the way, have you heard Ariel play that on youtube? Congrats on making "Top Profiles"...nice double bicep.
lol,Horowitz/Cobain...yeah, Beethoven was why I actually got into music...then discovered Rachmaninoff & Prokofiev, then Bartok...then Stravinski...........then Puccini!
no doubt Hamelin's a genius...but do you actually like the obscure pieces he digs up? I don't know, I grew up with Rubenstein, Horowitz, Van Cliburn & Brendal... more traditional...explains why I'm working on the Beethoven Pathetique! The truth: I'm an opera singer...play piano on the side.
