How I Started:
My blood pressure was over the top, 206/113, doctors caught me at last and I had a choice stroke or fitness. I like to live so went for it. Plan to trek the Kokoda Trail in 2008 so need fitness for that as well
Why I Love It:
I look like Budda, a pear, a beer gut king. Thought it would be better to have people look at me and see someone that does care about their body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror and visit BB.com most days to look at tranformations that have worked
Monday and worked chest. Am not geting any visible progress with the chest, seem to be getting arms and shoulders can see changes in mirror and even getting comments about my arms but still look poor on the chest.
