How I Started:
I started working out to get bigger for football. My junior year in highschool I went from 175lbs to come in for my senior year of football at 197lbs. My goal was to hit 200lbs. I was 3 pounds shy.
Why I Love It:
I like to workout because it makes me feel good about myself knowing iam achieving and reaching goals that I set. I feel lazy if i just lay around after work. I like being in shape as I always have been for wrestling and football.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting quality results. I also stay motivated by looking back at how far I have come and how much hard work I have put in to get where I am at. Its never really been to hard for me to stay motivated ever since I lost my best friend. Like I said I started training for sports I finished up my junior year wresting season. My training partner and Best friend at the time Danny always pushed me to go harder and heavier than I ever thought possible. He had been training for about 4 years longer than me and was in very good shape. He had been a bigger kid all though grade school even. We both stayed around the same area and lifted together about 4-5 days a week. about a year and a half after highschool Danny went to a party. He got drunk the cops ended up showing up and busting the party. My boy Danny the paranoid type that he is jumps in the river to get away from the cops to avoid an MIP. I still dont get it to this day he ended up drowning that night and he was one of the strongest guys i have ever met. Well needless to say ever since he died I have been more dedicated to lifting and have gotten more results than I ever thought possible. I know if he was here now to see how far I have came he would be amazed.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet I dont feel iam ready. I dont like to lose. So i will make sure iam absolutley ready before I ever try to get on stage.

This was a couple days after I got set up with bodyspace. Iam about 245 pounds here.
This was taken about a month after the first pic. I changed my work out routine up and started to make good gains again. I weigh about 247 pounds here. I managed to lose a little bit of body fat but I still a long ways to go to reach my goals.

I'm doing pretty good. This week really did fly by didn't it? Ready for thanksgiving right now! I'm doing a promotional tour tomorrow for planet beach spas and getting ready for another shoot next Tuesday. Also working a charity event for the United Way. So going to be really busy next week. Have a great weekend!

Good to hear no fights mister! You can pretty much party year round in Florida except Jan and Feb. It still gets up in the 80's perfect for surfing and beach volleyball :)

oooh sweet truck! I use to drive my friends ford f350 around but too much gas money!!! and trying to park it in tight spots at the mall was annoying! Orlando is nice right now it stays around 70 - 80 with sun all the time ;) For some reason I thought portland was in maine lol must be the blonde in me hahaha

I hate COPS! They are always pestering me and saying I am disrupting the peace lol!! Good thing I can sweet talk my way out of a ticket or citation most of the time ;) I don't think I'll try and manage 5 different costumes ever again it was too much trouble but oh so fun. Portland is in Oregon right? I hear it rains ALL the time

I survived lol and didn't get into too much trouble ;) Had a really good time soo many new friends and people esp the street drummers. I had 5 costumes well, 6 but only wore 5 different ones at 5 different partys ;) How was your weekend?
