Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting weights in high school to have an edge in my two main sports, soccer and crew. I wasn't the most skilled player, so I always tried to utilize my size and power. I'm in college now and I don't play any real competitive sports so I have turned to bodybuilding as my life long sport from now on.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love bodybuilding because it gives me a reason to wake up in the morning. I'm constantly setting goals and trying to do everything i can to execute them. Plus, there is no better feeling to me then a great workout. When my blood is pumping in my muscles, and my endorphins are at its peak I feel a state of euphoria.

My Motivation Program

I'm currently motivated by a long term goal I have set to enter and compete in my first bodybuilding show in June. It's half a year away, but then again, half a year really isn't that long in this sport to be training.
