I gain both inspiration and motivation from seeing other and what they have achieved on all levels. Seeing their accomplishments and hearing about their success techniques helps give me insight. I then apply strategies and nutrition to my training, modifying it as need be to fit my particulars.
This helps me keep the drive. Thanks for keeping me motivated people.

I'm inspired by guys like you that are my height and huge, but can wear it in a way that still looks long and lean. I'd like to know if you've got any suggestions for a small guy who's trying to gain the right kind of weight. Any supplements you suggest? And what do you do to get that back?!
