These are all sample meals. They vary depending on my goals at the time but I beleive in eating clean 99.9% of the time if you want maximum
Meal 1- cup of oatmeal/ scoop of whey + 5g creatine monohydrate/ banana/ cup of egg whites + 2 whole eggs/multivitamin
Meal 2 (postworkout smoothie)- 2 bananas/ 2 scoops whey/ ton of spinach/ peanut butter 1 tble spoon (optional)
Meal 3- 8 oz grilled chicken breast/ 24-30 almonds/ sweet potato
Meal 4- 1 cup of oatmeal/ .5 cups of blueberries/ 1 can of tuna/ omega-3's
Meal 5-steamed veggies/ 8 oz chicken
Meal 6- cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups
