How I Started:
I was introduced to weight lifting thru my high school freshman basketball team. However, I struggled to put on any weight due to having roughly a 30 min sluggish workout in the gym and following that up with 2 hours of basketball. I made the decision to drop basketball after freshman year; haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
I love the increased self esteem and knowing that I'm improving every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
My buddy from middle school and current training partner, PremierFitD24, keeps me motivated and brings a competitive aspect to training.
