My short term goal is to finish in the top 15% in my age group in the Boise, ID 1/2 Iron Man endurance race while transforming my body and dropping some extra weight.
Goal (Long):
I've always struggled with my weight - but let me also clarify that I have never been over the ideal weight for someone of my height but that is still not what I want. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I am hoping that with all the training that I am doing and will continue to do for the 1/2 Iron Man I can shed some weight and get a solid body.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I very fortunate to have many workout partners. I workout with my husband, my little Reggie (choc. lab), My dear friends - Heather, Chrisy, Holly, Staci, Lani, and soon Jenny

Hey there, welcome to BodySpace! Good luck with your goals. After seeing your fitness tracking form a month ago or so I am pretty sure you won't have any problems. I couldn't be that detailed if I tried. Haha!
