"I cut close to 30lbs in a month and a half. I have stopped bodybuilding, and I am currently training in MMA. I was 230 at my peak of bb'ing and now I am 185lbs. I want to increase strength/power at this weight and lean out"

Standing Relaxed--165lbs Flexing front pose
This was taken the first week I started training. I was on vaction in this pic. This was 2 years back and just shows my hardwork since.
This was taken a year after training. I was about 215lbs I was shocked myself to see the dates and that it was only a year. I trained my ass off day and night, all naturally, and it paid off. I have and for those of thinking about ph's/aas to be honest, if I could do this much in a year anyone can. Just train hard, EAT, and sleep at least 6 hours a night. I also drank alcohol very rarely.
