How I Started:
When I topped the scales at 250 pounds, I knew that I had to take fast, serious action. Continuing down the road I was on was not an option, so I decided to smarten up and get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
It's the most intensely mental sport I've ever engaged in, and I love seeing how far my mind can take my body. I also love it because I depend on nobody other than me. Something about that appeals to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture myself standing alongside a fit 20-year-old male and looking every bit as good as he does (except for the gray hair, of course).
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping my bodyfat percentage down to 12% (and shooting for 9%).

Goal (Long):
My ideal is this: to weigh about 180 - 190 pounds of lean muscle, with about 8 - 9% bodyfat. I'd like to as flexible as I was when younger (I could touch my forehead to my knees without even thinking about it) and have enough endurance to play competitive basketball for sixty to ninety minutes.
I had a goal of reaching my ideal weight by March 30, 2008, but didn't achieve it. I'm not sure why as I devoted myself to it with unswerving commitment. I will learn from this and try harder.
Having to work for a living sure does take a huge chunk out of your day. This is especially true if you're even halfway dedicated to your job. You get tagged to do this and that and then the other, and before you know it, the day is gone, you haven't crossed off one thing on your 'To-Do' list,...
well Angelo-ty 4 clarifyin ur ratin-im extremely flattered that u think so tho i kno as much as i try 2 improv on maself physically & esp as a whole person, i'd never achieve that status anyho...im gonna keep pushin beyond limits tho! nite & sweet dreams...
