I want to build lean muscle and increase my aerobic capacity to elite athlete status.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to touch the rim; toss a basketball 75 feet while kneeling; bench press 1.5 times my body weight; swim 300 yards in 12 minute; and do 40 pushups. When I can do all of those things, then I will know that I am fit. Until then, I am merely a work in progress.
Celia inspires me because she has shown, through practical application, what hard work and dedication can accomplish. She inspires me to train harder and live a richer, more fulfilling life.
Scott inspires me to live my life to the fullest each and every day. His "can-do" attitude is inspiring. I am proud to count him among my circle of friends.

Thank you Angelo, My Thanksgiving was Fantastic. :) The only bad thing is the pain my stomach felt..eating too much food. IT really did not feel good, but the food tasted wonderful. LOL. Back to clean eating! How was your Holiday? ~Missy
Angelo, I figured you to have fallen off the face of the earth. where have ya been. how is life in Boston? you find everything you need there?
have a great Thanksgiving
Angelo, I am very hardcore in control with many things, one thing is discipline in workouts and that sort of thing, but when it comes to money..I am your average JOE! Yesterday I bought, 4 pair jeans, 3 woven shirts, 2 sweaters, 1 cardigan, a coat, 6 tank tops, 2 pj bottoms, 5 panties, 2 pair shoes, and some jewelry. And that was just yesterday, not counting, the day before..or the day before that! :P ~Missy
Angelo, I'm so excited to ride, my problem is that I spend money like water. I need to hide a few grand somewhere so that next spring I can buy a bike!!! :P
Ty for the tip Angelo, :D Do you have any races coming up? A lot of people take the winter season off, myself included. Well I DO run in the winter but don't do any races. This year I have several planned, this will be kind of strange, but exciting. :) ~Missy
Bah! $3000 *cries on pillow*...I was hoping I could get away with a cheaper bike, I heard that I could get a decent Tri bike for $1200-$1500. What do you think Angelo? ~Missy
Angelo...my comment was too long..here is the end of it...You are a rock, 40 mile bike ride! WEEE. I am getting very serious about contacting this Tri coach that was recommended to me. THE bike will be $$$..that pains me, but I'm tired of continually wanting to try (no pun..hehe try/Tri)out Triathlons...This sounds delusional but I really think I can take the sport by storm. :) ~Missy
Yes Angelo, Now that I finally posted pictures Bodyspace really became much more fun. I had no idea! I was worried over nothing I suppose. I finally posted a "face" that is in my album, for the curious ones. My husband said, he saw no reason to hide my face. I guess if someone from my gym or a neighbor happens to find my blog and wants to read it, I wont die! :)
Hmmm Don't you hate dissapointments. Except for one thing....there is always something to be learned from them. So if I have a lame run/race I try to figure out why! Let's hope we both can have an awesome next race. Mine will be on Thanksgiving...that race has a lot of Cross Country High School/College runners in it so I won't be winning. Heehee. It's just a dream, one day I will. ~Missy
Thank you for the happy birthday I almost missed it :) i rarely look at my photos .. i didnt even remember posting that one but thank u so much for the wishes .. see you one day i know :)
Angelo, I luv Muscle Provider. I still use it and no competition on the radar. Relative to ALL others (that I have researched), it is the most expensive. But to me, the extra $$$ is worth it in taste, etc. *smile*
