BB Accomplishments:
Let me break this down. Two years ago I was in horrible shape. I weighed 155lbs. and was underweight for my age and size, mainly due to a bad diet and being too distracted by other things in life. Finally, after what I consider too long of a wait, I got back in the weight room. I started out slow, very slow. I fought through weeks of frustration, wanting to see better results, ate a lot of meals that took an hour to cook and an hour to get down. I drank protein shakes, took vitamins, and read a lot about body building in Muscle and Fitness. I joined BodyBuilding.com. I now weigh 187lbs. before eating, I am in the best shape of my life. I don't want to be on magazine covers, I don't want to be the transformation of the week, I don't want to find my sudden calling as a personal trainer, I just want to stay dedicated to going to the gym four nights a week, eating clean meals, and never lose heart to keep trying to get bigger even when it seems like its taking forever. I am driven, and nothing is stopping me.

aww thank you!! i wanted something unique for sure...i think the area itself is pretty unique for a chica but i love the black & gray. really appreciate the compliments!!
honestly, i was in a rut! i went to miami, came back to CT feelin bummed to start winter, dumped my bf, and then got sick. i just started back up in the gym last week and i'm feeling MUCH better. i feel like i have my mind right and i'm focusing on supersets. hoping to gain some muscle real quick and blastttt some fat. but yea, i'm excited to use fall/winter as my time to transform. i'm back grindin, and it feels awesome. anyway, how're your workouts going? hope you're well, i'll ttyl!
Hey bro, things are going great out here in Cali! Hope all is well with you..I honestly think Blue-Up helped tremendously as far as strength goes, really brought some great results to the table. I plan on getting back on it in another month or so. I highly recommend it.

It's good, I've been working with a partner so I've been able to lift a lot heavier than usual. Really looking forward to the end of summer school though. How about you?
Well, thanks! Unfortunately, I look more like what I did back in December of 2007. I worked so hard and now I'm back to square 1, which makes it even harder to get motivated. But I'm getting back there slowly but surely! ;)
