You ever hear of those super human strength stories??? Mothers lifting cars of their children, dudes out running fire blast explosions, person getting thrown miles away in a tornando and not getting injured, etc, etc, etc...Is there an efficient way to train ur CNS in this respect...would you...

Hey man, a few days back, you posted back on my forum about my back injury when i sleep, you really seem to know your stuff. When you say rest, do you mean no work at all or just no back work and no stuff like squats and what not. I plan to do back extensions to stimualte it, find a good stretch or two, stop staying up late, better my form on squats, deads, and bent over rows, and if need be, use the med patches my doc gave for pain. (like a motrin patch if you will) what you think man?
Hey! Thanks for reading my blog and commenting. I appreciate it. Actually, I do write down exactly what I do when I work out and what I eat. I try to make those plans beforehand.
