I went into a gym to get back in shape after having children.
I was asked often if I competed, and had no idea what they were referring to. I asked the gym owner what they meant and he commented that I had great genetics for competitive bodybuilding. I entered my first contest the following August and won!
The rest is history!
Why I Love It:
I love being in control of how I look and feel. Having the information on what it takes to be healthy allows me to live life, focus on other aspects, and do the things I need to do to stay healthy along the way.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love being able to inspire others. That motivates me more than anything else!
Just finished competing and I want to find some balance now. I'd like to stay close to this condition, but also be able to live life and have some fun along the way!
