You can read my first bodyblog for a fuller picture, but basically through my teens a bad relationship with my body evolved into a good one. I started weight training in my early twenties.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling of radiance that fills you when you're body is working like a well oiled machine. Eating right, working out and living life for happiness are my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get a ton of inspiration from others and appreciate self driven, eccentric types who follow their hearts and their values.
BB Accomplishments:
This one is a work in progress....

My goal in to be full of energy, defined, strong and efficient.
Goal (Long):
I've been training some, but not the way I know I can and it shows in my physique. I'm looking to build cardiovascular stamina and mental and physical endurance. I like to lift heavy but got a little lazy when it came to training regularly, so here's to dedication in following my training plan and seeing some significant strength and size gains. Lastly, I want to tighten up my diet to regain some definition. I'm deeply into nutrition but, again, have been slacking. No more!
In 2007 I ran Nettle Warrior, one of the two annual Tough Guy events. It's a UK adventure race for those who like a really sick challenge. I love adventure races but haven't had the balls recently cause I know I'd die! I want to get back on the circuit next year, so I'm posting this Tough Guy...
Hello, Hello! Just checking in to see how things are going with you? Hope the relocating is/has gone well. My move is finally complete so I can get back on track full throttle! Have a great day!
thanks! While I don't have outside support other than my husband, I know I can rely on my BB support team! It really means a lot to me knowing that you are ready "listening" to my blog and that you are "In my Corner" Yay to being strong and independant! :D
Thank you for your reply and I hope that you will continue to stay in contact so that I can keep up with your progress. Remember “You've got to get up every morning with determination, if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction.”
Stay strong, focused and determined.
Thank you for the compliment but I believe you are giving me way too much credit. I sure do not see myself as awesome, but when looking at your profile I see someone who is working hard and pushing herself to new heights. I wish you much success and look forward to watching and hearing about your continued progression.
Thanks so much!! I know there is a lot of work ahead...but the benefits far outweigh the work!! So far I'm on a 4 hr per week cardio regime and 3 weight lifting workouts per week ( 1 day arms/back, 1 day legs and 1 day shoulders and chest) ...and 1900 cals a day :)
