I got started lifing during my senior year in highschool. i took a power lifing class for gym instead of the normal basketball or other sport class. When i first started lifting i was 205lbs with a 38in waist. that semester i dropped 35lbs of bodyfat and got to 170 lbs with a 34inch waist and a max bench of 135lbs. over the past couple of years i have been lifing hard and am now 218lbs with a 32/33in waist and a max bench of 315lbs.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because i love seeing my body change from what i used to be to what i am now
How I Stay Motivated:
i stayed motivated by seeing results
BB Accomplishments:
my most recent accomplishment was hitting the 300lb mark on bench and 450 on squat.

when i first started lifting after i lost 35lbs of body fat
So i have been on a lil diet since summer school started july 2nd.... i have been eating real lean and clean with low fat, low carb, and high protein. when i came back to school i was 225lbs and today i weighed in at 208... sooo thats 17lbs in 3 weeks even WITH me goin out on the weekends...
good sequence of prog pics. i can see the gains you'v made. esp your delts - they are a lot bigger. also arms have improved def and sep. good work - keep it up.
