When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I have always worked out since I was about 15 years old. I basicly was the type of person that ate one meal a day and then went running for a couple hours. Totally the wrong thing to do! I always looked toned and athletic, but wasn't doing it properly. My fiancee, who I've been with for two years now is the person that got me started. He taught me how to eat right and then introduced me to training. He had been training for many years and also competed. As soon as he introduced me to training, I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
I have always loved working out because (those of you that are a little vein know what I'm talking about) it makes me feel great and i love looking great! I've always been this way since I've been 15 years old. when I was younger I had more of a fashion type body because I was doing a little modeling here and there and always thought that that look was sexy! I dont think I looked bad then, I just love the way I look now. I love the fact that I can see my muscles and am able to transform my body from super skinny to athletic. I think the way I look now is a lot healthier and looks even better!
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation is my fiance. The both of us train together every night and that is a HUGE motivation for me! what also motivates me is of course other peoples comments at the gym. They always make you feel good and reading all the good fitness magazines! Those are a HUGE motivation for me as well!
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have to many major accomplishments because i've only been training for a year. If I had to say, my biggest accomplishment is the way I've transformed my body in a year. My body looks completely different this year than last year. I went from 117 pounds to 155 pounds. (all muscle of course)That is a huge accomplishment for me and so was changing my diet. This is something that I am very proud of in myself.
Thankd for the add and great progress from your first progress pic. Your legs have really developed and the muscles surrounding your spine are awesome. Good luck.
