What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
it can be annoying sometimes, but i have my headphones on.

I can't F ucking sleep!!! Here are a few reasons I think why:
- adderall
- exam in a couple of hours
- anxiety
- oh, and to top it all, I'm getting hungry nao
$hit.
There are two Vegas signs I'm aware of. The one on the south end of the strip is the main one everyone recognizes where you can see the mandalay Bay on the left. The one in my pic is on the north side of the strip between the strip (by the stratosphere) and downtown.
Thanks for the comment bud, I agree on not doing twice the work. However, it is pretty difficult to maintain the clean eating. Good luck and hit em hard!
