How I Started:
I got tired of shopping for jeans that would fit over my thighs so I started doing the fluctating on and off diet. Then I got tired of dieting all the time and decided it was time to reach my goal and stay there.
Why I Love It:
I love not having fat days anymore where my jeans are too tight and I feel guilty over my diet...and I love feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reviewing how far I've come, how far I can go, and how great it feels.
BB Accomplishments:
Competing in the Gold's Gym Body Success Challenge- 12 weeks of strict dieting and going to the gym 6x a week, usually 2x a day!
Complete the Gold's Gym 12-week Body Challenge on 3/31 at 14% body fat!
Once I've reached by body fat percentage goal I'd like to gain muscle, especially bigger biceps/triceps, and a stronger chest.
