Overall Goal: My over all goal is to get into the best shape of my life and maintain the physique that I wish to have. To get down to 195 and bulk up to 210 with a BMI around 5%.
Fit Status:
can not wait to hit the gym up tomorrow. Hurah for Monday's! Plyo, Cardio, and weights. Everything I need to shape my body.
Started with myself not being happy when i look into the mirror. I felt like I am letting myself and my family down for not being in shape. Not having the energy I needed to feel and be successful in everyday life and work.
Why I Love It:
I love that burning feeling. Knowing that in time I'll be extremely happy with the way I look in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking of how happy I will feel, as well as keeping my wife happy.

Goal (Long):
Long term goal is to get into great shape this year of 2009. I've been over weight for ten plus years, and it's time to change my life around, for myself and my family. I want to be more confident in myself and have tons of energy compared to what I have now. Also don't want my children to remember their father as an over weight ok kind of guy.
I want to have plenty of muscle to show, but not a nasty amount. Want to be ripped, have awesome abs, and have my cardio become the best it's ever been.
Your a incredible inspiration to me. How you have sculpted you body is amazing. I'm looking at pushing myself beyond limits within the next month and a half to drop as much weight as possible and tone up the best I can before my newborn is here.
I've slacked off enough these past few months when it comes to working out. The little amount that I have done has kept me around 260 pounds. The newborn is due December 4th or earlier. But Starting this coming Monday, I am going to push myself beyond the max to lose as much weight and body fat...

Hey there. How is it going? You getting frustrated? How are your clothes fitting? You doing weights? If the scale isn't moving you hopefully are putting on muscle. Don't give up. My scale has said the same thing for the past few months..give or take a few pounds...but dropped pant sizes and arms are bigger.
Sorry to hear the wife is having a hard time. Been there...had to go on bedrest with all 3 kids at one time during each pregnancy. Keep up with the good work...;)

How are you feeling? Soreness going away? I pushed shoulders yesterday...and feeling it today. Had to take another day off. Feel like a slug. ;( back at it tomorrow. Talk to you later.
Great to see you are still finding something to do while the gym is closed. I hardly go to the gym. I'd rather be outside. I am lucky enough to live on an island...lots of water views to enjoy while running. Best of luck with the BF loss and muscle gain. Take care~Stacy
