I was working out prior to 04/2003, but not seriously. I started taking a more serious approach by reading about bodybuilding and changing my workouts and routines to reflect what I have learned.
Why I Love It:
It creates positive energy and builds a higher self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Achieving noticeably visible results and receiving compliments from others.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 30 lbs of mostly muscle in 2 years.

Looks like you are puting on some muscle man! Eat to grow and keep up the good work. How are you liking the NO-shotgun and how would you compare it to NO-Xplode if you've used that before?
heyy dude,,i mainly just doo incline press with dumbells and incline flys..not much more
and for legs do one heavy squat and leg extension and then one light and then one with good form with medium weight..with cardio more and more now
