Workout Program:
This is what I'm committed to: 3 days hard, 3 days light, one day no activity at all - full recovery and indulgence for me. Monday/Wed and Friday are hard days focused on upper body. Lower body doesn't need as much work so that's Tuesday/Thurs and Saturday.

Each day I spend 30-45 minutes aerobic activity - swimming, biking, elip, etc. However, they are opposite in intensity from the weights. I take it a light cardio day when I'm on a heavy weight day. That sets me up for a good long slow day on Saturday where I can go on a long hike, ocean swim, ocean kayak, etc. to get the heart going. It's more of an endurance day than anything.

Sundays are ME days.
