- Record your every day progress.
- Workout hard. TEST YOUR LIMITS! (11:00)
- Eat healthy and sleep for a maximum of 2 hours. (14:00)
- Workout...yes AGAIN! (18:00)
- Eat again!
- Repeat 3-7
