Hey, not Prague or Venice, its a place called San Sebastian in Northern Spain, is gorgeous though. I am trying my hardest to shift the fat off me waist!!!

Hey cheers, hope the info helped!!! That fat i swear is the hardest to shift, am thinking fat burners, but i dont have fat anywhere else but there so might not be worth it!!!

Hey i am kinda new here to so all i am gonna say is good luck, you seem very motivated and want to workout which is always a good start, i will leave all the technical stuff to the big guys, i will be one someday, then i will pop back and give u more technical info :) !!!

Well definately weights, i just do all body weight excercises, press ups, crunches etc and shadow boxing and do reps with anythin that is heavy!!!

Well i am trying to get my BF down, which has gone better than expected this first week, i eat mainly, brocolli, tuna, pasta, chicken, rice fruit etc!!! Maybe you should try rump steaks but with loadsa veg, then you'll think your eating healthy but the steaks will be adding the weight, or maybe a weight gain supplement, ihave never tried them but ask around they might work!!!

This first week i lost a some good weight and good BF%, more than i expected in a week!!! Am just gettin rid of the fat at first from my stomach and my % low enough to actually see my abs!!! Good luck with yours!!! What kinda dieting u on!?!
