Well, my friend first introduced me about 2 years back, was working out for a year (ish), then went to greece for 2 weeks none stop drinking and put a lot of fat on, then just let it all slip, moved country not joined a gym yet, so NOW am like...starting over again!!! Mainly do weights but at the mo i need to move the fat off my stomach thats no1 priority at the moment!!!
Why I Love It:
The pain in your muscles remindeing you constantly of your accomplishment, the point where you cant lift the weight no more but you push yourself that bit further!!! The gradual (sumtimes slow) iprovement of your figure makes you feel so much better bout yourself, going up and extra few KGs a brill feeling!!! O and feeling much healthier makes me feel so much more active etc!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
God a dunno really, its a lot of mind work, many times i have woke up and though..not today, but you gotta shut that voice up jump outta bed and whack some workout music on and there ya go in the mood!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Well dont think i have got any!!! Was cool when my pecs were hard (which have also gone), i think i do it all wrong, i always work one body part and nothing else and not enough variation!!1

So this is before me workouts, well the second day, i still have a little bit of muscle from when i used to workout!!! I wanna double it if its possible!!!
So this is my stomach after the first week, i see an improvment but whether it is noticable to anyone else i dont know!!!
So firstly i want to lose the fat from my stomach hopefully within 2 months,then i am going to focus workouts on my abs and other stomach muscles. Then after that i am eventually by the end of August have a nicely toned body!!! During all of this i am going to try and get a body like the proffessional builders on this page, i am quite far from that i think but i am focused and determined. I welcome any proffessional tips or workouts that will help as i am a beginner to the serious aspect of this!!!

This is the workout i am doing at the moment purely to strengthen my muscle and tone whilst trying to burn away the fat around my stomach!!! As of 13th Jan i am also going to be doing 20 minutes of jogging a day and gradually increase which should hopefully eliminate my stomach fat quicker....

hey im updating you again on Aplodan...so far i have gotten fantastic gains in size and strenght...in the short 14days ive been taking it my chest has gone from 39 inches to 41 inches and my arms went from 12.5 to 13.5 inches...its definitly one of the best ive ever taken...ill keep ya posted
Intensive strength and cardio training. I'm doing split training now. 40 minutes cardio in the am and weights in the pm. I journal everything! Thanks for the comment.
hey im just filling you in on aplodan...its only the 8th day ive been taking it and i already see great results in strenght size and pumps its amazing considering im only out of the loading phase by 1 day but anyways ill keep you posted and good luck in your progress

When you get more muscle, a little bit of bodyfat will not be so bad.
I´m sure, in a half year, there will be a large progress on your physique.
Those are the hit and run people who leave those comments. They apparently have nothing better to do. I did a killer ab workout for 1 1/2 hours tonight.......ahhhhhhhhhh
I have a few tips. But basically you have to get nutrition, weightlifting and cardio working for you. Consider these the 3 legs of a stool. If you are missing one everything collapses. So look at what you are doing and find out which one of these legs you are not maintaining.

I'm tryin'! I'm lucky bout the BF, since that's never been a real problem for me, but I can't gain weight. That's probably why though. I like eating healthy, so I eat oatmeal,cottage cheese, nuts, lots of fruits, lots of chicken, wheat bread...all that stuff they say u should eat. My prob is I can't get enough calories. what do u eat?

u said ur gunna b focusing on ur arms and abs right.. well u should also throw squats in there squats will also build ur upper body believe it or not do some readong on it im not lyin just a tip take it or leave it
