How I Started:
I wanted to stop smoking but didn't want to gain any weight. So I started working out.(no weights yet)After a month or so I quit smoking. On 5-26-2008 it will be 6 months. Yaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today is a new day. I lost my way a while back. I think I ate what ever was put in front of me. I now have extra weight to lose. On Jan. 5th I started to work on me again. I was up to 206 the heaviest I have ever been. I am now down to 191 and feeling a little better.
Every time I want to stop I just think about how heavy I had gotten and that keep me going.
Why I Love It:
Lifting makes me feel great.
Working out make me feel strong.
