How I Started:
I first got into working out when I started playing football in High school and loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always trying to research and find different things to do to help me achieve my goal. I also get motivated when the people working out with me start reaching their goals and gain the passion for it like I have.
Well I'm stuck here in Iraq now....I have been working out here for about 4 weeks now. It's pretty hard to keep a schedule with all the stuff going on, but I try my best to keep it. I look forward to going to the gym because it's not like I can look forward to much of anything else here. Going...

Last Spring was her last competition - the Hamster Ball Derby - she placed third. We are looking to improve on that placing this year. *SMILE*

I could tell a change in my vascularity when I got off of it, I started it again. I really noticed the veins in my arms where full and more visible. You can take it too much with the NO Xplode though, its hard on the stomach. Its supposed to be stackable though.
big differene from Korea to now. As always your chest looks awesome, your shoulders look wider, and i'm hating on your turtle shell 6 pack. Keep up the balls to the wall training you freakin animal.
