How I Started:
Took a picture of myself in the mirror, messed around with it in Photoshop, and realized the potential I had for my body. Decided then and there that I was going to do whatever it took to achieve my goals.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, look great, releases tension, more appealing to women, stronger, I fear nothing and noone, I feel like I can accomplish anything, and the gym is my "happy place".
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm doing it for myself, not for anybody else.
BB Accomplishments:
Cut down to 11% bodyfat, bench my bodyweight, pullups, 360+lb squat, and maxed out a few machines.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
Just helped my stress level go down, I'm more relaxed and chill in the rest of my life. Things affect me less, and its somehow easier to deal with everything. All my hormones are in balance.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I'm more focused, responsible, mature, and can think more clearly. I'll never go back to being the way I was before.
