Always was active and lifted weights on and off but over the summer I started getting serious. I had a knee injury due to pro-wrestling(yes, I'm a pro wrestler) which kept me off from doing anything physical for a couple of months but I'm back in the game!

150 lbs 8% bodyfat by July(ACCOMPLISHED) - 155-160 6% by sept if possible(almost there :))
Goal (Long):
I have 2 long term goals that seem far fetched but I'm determined and focus, I want to go to the Olympics for Judo and be a Combat Rescue Officer..I'm 110% sure I can do it and no can stop me.
It's still being considered but I'm training to make it there, regardless of whether or not that's what I decide to do.

You mean because I live on staten island, listen to house music and i date guidos? Is that why? LoL.... Im not really but i suppose i have some characteristics ;)
no... not really into myspace... been on a couple of times and got a virus.... so I stay away from it now.... but Im gonna make a website probably in Jan or Feb
well the hardest part for beginners is usually padling..... but with a longboard you should have no problem learning.... and if you really wanna make it easier..... rent a foam board :)
