What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Im not really following any kind of plan. I am just trying to cut out as much crap as possible and sticking to eating the right foods.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
At the moment all i do is kickboxing once a week. I want to do it more often but i just dont have the time. I had a session with an osteopath today and luckily i havent done any serious damage. They gave an examination and said i am stiff as a board and i have overworked myself as before christmas the only exercise i was really doing was skateboarding and then all of a sudden i started kickboxing...
