Jonaral What do you eat? You're a vegetarian right? I want to start and am looking at all these websites. Its a lot of info. !! Where do you get your protein and how do you count it. heihallo Hello again Patterson. Week five done of the six week shred. Lost ca 10% body fat i am happy with that. Got some questiones. When i start the 12 weeks to size im suposed too eat ca 200protein 200 carbs and 40 fat. Thats a lot of eating. Any idea where i can find some useable or even good recipes. Going too bee a nitemare eating so mutch. Thank you Feb 18, 2013 7:20am
