I've been on strict Paleo since July 2012. Had in all probably 4-5 "unplanned" cheats meals until now. My diet consists of 4-5 meals per day
Breakfast
300gr of scrambled eggwhite with no oil
4 Fruits
10 almonds
Mid Morning Snack
1 small salad
100gr of grilled chicken/steak/fish
Lunch
2 Fruits
350 gr of steak/chicken/fish
400gr of green beans/broccoli/spinach/carrots with olive oil/lemon
Mid afternoon snack
100-150gr of Bresaola/Chicken/Tuna
Dinner
350 gr of steak/chicken/fish
400gr of green beans/broccoli/spinach/carrots with olive oil/lemon

Rest Days
Breakfast:
2gr Omega 3
5gr Glutammine
5gr Creatine
2gr L-Carnitine
Lunch:
2gr Omega 3
5gr Creatine
2gr L-Carnitine
Snack:
2gr Omega 3
2gr L-Carnitine
Dinner:
2gr L-Carnitine
Just before bedtime:
5 gr Glutammine
5 gr of Minerals Complex (Calcium-Sodium-Magnesium)
Training Days
All as above with the inclusion of 10gr of BCAA before workout and 10gr after + 5gr Glutammine + 10gr of Creatine.
