I used to be a very fat individual mainly due to poor diet, so now I stick by the rule: Lean, Green, Marine
Considering that my somatotype is fairly endomorphic, I like to keep low especially on calories during my diet.
BREAKFAST: 1 Cup Oatmeal
4 Eggs (only whites)
Lean Meat/Fish
SNACK: 2 Bananas, Sunwarior Brown Rice Protein Shake
LUNCH: 2 Cups Vegetables (preferably Spinach, Brocolli, or Lettuce)
Chicken Breast/Lean Fish (ex. Salmon)
SNACK: 2 Bananas, Sunwarior Brown Rice Protein Shake
DINNER: 1 Cup Vegetables/Brown Rice
Lean Fish/Meat

Since I'm still under 18, I only consider taking the necessities such as MultiVits, Omega 3, Creatine, and Protein Powder which fuel growth.
BEFORE BREAKFAST: 1 Omega-1250 pill, 1 MultiVitamin pill
BEFORE LUNCH: 1 Multivitamin pill
PRE WORKOUT: 2 teaspoons Creatine, 1 serving Protein Shake (Nytrowhey by Prosourse), 1 Nature Valley Bar
POST WORKOUT: 1 teaspoon Creatine, 2 (or 1 depending on my intensity (cardio = 1 serving)) servings Nytrowhey
BEFORE DINNER: 1 Omega-1250 pill, 1 Multivitamins pill
