Became interested in college, but, didn't find time until later, when I began working.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great about myself. I love to see my body changing for the better before my eyes day by day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Hearing a young member at the gym say "You have the body of 19 year old"! Having a teenage user of this site tell me, "You have a teenager body." Hearing the young woman running the Gold's Gym in Portland, OR tell me "You look good.... it's TRUE!" Having another, 15 year old, user of this site learn my age and remark, "You have the body of a teen". At the gym, a pretty fit guy in his 30's said, "You look as good as some 18 year olds!".
BB Accomplishments:
Being in the best shape that I have ever been in in my life!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Hands down Muscle Nerds heavy standing db curls up to 8 reps and lowering the db on the last set for 30-60 seconds. A real killer
but for the first time I'm curling 50 lb. (23 kg) dumbbells.
Hi Patrick
I eat a lot of fiber and not fat at all... work out 3 times a week and I also bike, run, and skate board.. that's pretty much it... but the key is.. NO FAT and I drink Whey along with BCAA and a few others
thanks mate.
i've been doing weights on and off for a few years now and also i love to play football. beacause i'm an ecto, and have super-high metabolism i find it hard to gain mass. so i do weights for a few months (as heavy as i can go) and then play football for a few months maybe a couple of times a week. so i build muscle and then i run like mad and get cut, and this seems to have worked for me.
diet wise almost anything goes but i do avoid fizzy drinks and donar kebabs!
NP Pat. You might be lean, but you've got some excellent muscular development. Even your profile pic shows great muscularity in your mudsection--something I'm looking to do. Keep up the good work and I'll be in touch. phlski BTW, no, I haven't modeled.
not too indiscreet at all... although over the years id call it more of a booty than a butt. its a lie when they tell you that men like butts more than women.... nothing drives the ladies crazier than a good pencil drop
theres nothing like progress but remember its not in the scale... its in the mirror! make sure your are lowering your bodyfat % and not losing weight from muscular catabolism. gaining weight can be a good thing, but what your gaining(or losing) is the most important factor.
