Became interested in college, but, didn't find time until later, when I began working.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body changing for the better before my eyes day by day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a teenage user of this site tell me, "You have a teenager body." Hearing the young woman running the Gold's Gym in Portland, OR tell me "You look good.... it's TRUE!" Hearing a veteran bodybuilder at Gold's Gym say,
"You've got a better body than most 20's at this gym."!
BB Accomplishments:
Being in the best shape that I have ever been in in my life!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Drink a cocktail with creatine, coffee, 100% fruit juice and protein!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Hands down Muscle Nerds heavy standing db curls up to 8 reps and lowering the db on the last set for 30-60 seconds. A real killer
but for the first time I'm curling 50 lb. (23 kg) dumbbells.
Don't try this at home! LOL! This pre-workout energy cocktail has been working for me when taken just before gym workouts. Using this cocktail I am typically blowing 3 to 7 repetitions past my cumulative marks for three sets throughout my workouts.

hey man sorry i have been away from this site for so long. although i have not been away the gym. got married here in japan and been busy off my head. anyway just finished a second bulk and cut. now back to having a cheat day on saturdays whoo!
Its been a while since i last checked my bf%, it was back when i first started going to the gym and i had a couple sessions with a personal trainer and he measured 8%bf. haha but i think i put on some fat but at least i am still lifting. I would sacrifice it all to put on an extra 10-20 lbs though
Hi Patrick. Thank you for your recent comments on one of my pics. What you see in this pic and the rest of my Gallery is the "Real deal". When I first joined BB.com last year I "tested the water" as to what this site was really like. I had some doubts about how genuine it was. Once I was convinced it was a good site, I deleted what I had up and then began uploading my own pics. You may wish to view my Gallery. I would appreciate any comments you may wish to make.

and indeed kind of an incredible hulk thing, I loved seeing myself get bigger, stronger, leaner. I look completely different now, sometimes even I find it hard to believe I was that person :P
